Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, is seeking friendly Contact Center Agents to support mortgage customers by phone. You will handle inquiries about payments, documents, escrow, payoff, and past-due accounts, with a focus on helping borrowers stay in their homes.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Operate within a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment, addressing a wide range of customer inquiries and issues.
• Take full ownership of the customer experience, meeting individual and team performance benchmarks.
• Respond to emotional cues with compassion and professionalism to create a supportive environment.
• Document all communication in compliance with regulatory guidelines and escalate complex cases when needed.
