Midland Mortgage, a division of MidFirst Bank, is seeking a Contact Center Agent to support customers over the phone regarding mortgage servicing. You will handle inquiries about payments, documents, escrow, payoff, and past-due accounts while maintaining regulatory compliance and professionalism.

Join a team with thorough training, a friendly atmosphere, and schedules within 8AM-7PM Monday-Friday and 9AM-1PM Saturday; bilingual candidates receive a $2/hour premium.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills for handling mortgage customer inquiries.
• Ability to resolve problems and provide accurate information efficiently.
• Comfort with documenting interactions and following regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to service mortgage accounts.
• Assist with payments, document requests, escrow, payoff, and past due accounts.
• Provide empathetic, patient customer service and escalate complex cases.
• Document interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
