Triad Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Jacksonville team. In this role, you will handle inbound mortgage account inquiries, process payments, and assist with escrow account activities while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service experience in finance or mortgage, strong communication skills, and fluency in Spanish. Knowledge of escrow and mortgage systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service in finance or mortgage.
• Knowledge of escrow accounts is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer navigation.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound mortgage account inquiries and process payments.
• Research complaints and adjust records as needed.
• Monitor escrow accounts for tax and insurance payments.
• Update loan records and discuss escrow analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
