Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries regarding mortgage accounts and take payments (inbound calls only).
• Research complaints, payment history, and correct or adjust records as needed.
• Assist in monitoring escrow accounts for taxes and insurance payments by mortgagor.
• Process payments and discuss escrow analysis with customers.
• Update loan records as needed and perform other duties as requested by Manager.
