Job summary

Planet Home Lending, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative I - Bilingual to resolve borrower inquiries on current mortgage loans received via inbound/outbound calls in the customer’s preferred language.

You will research issues, update servicing notes, and ensure timely follow-up while maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Prior call center experience is preferred, with a focus on bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General call center experience preferred
• Experience with loan servicing a plus
• Experience using second language in a professional capacity preferred; language testing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to borrower inbound calls concerning their account, ensuring high quality service, adhering to productivity, and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritizes the needs of the business, completing assigned outbound calls as inbound call volume permits.
• Completes follow-up tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
