CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to support loan officers in daily tasks and help increase loan production. The role involves working with customers, processors and management to ensure smooth closings and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate communicates fluently in Spanish and English, has at least 1 year in mortgage-related support, and is proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce. On-site position offering competitive benefits.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with internal and external customers.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation.
• Review disclosure packages and deliver to borrower.
• Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages for borrowers.
• Review documents and loan files, highlight deficiencies and notify officers/processor.
• Clarify/correct information and obtain additional information by phone or email.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers/processors.
• Support lending and processing in various stages as needed.
• Assist in managing a pipeline of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K and reverse mortgage products.
• Deliver appraisals/valuations to borrower and obtain proof of receipt.
• Track outstanding items and follow up for timely documentation.
• Facilitate timely closings with Title Company and customer.
