Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation.
• Deliver rate disclosures and packages to borrowers.
• Review loan files and highlight deficiencies for follow-up.
• Provide general clerical and phone support to loan officers/processors.
• Assist in managing a pipeline across conventional, FHA, VA, USDA loans.
• Coordinate with Title Company to schedule closings.
