CrossCountry Mortgage in Nevada is seeking a Bilingual Loan Officer to join our growing team. You will gather client documents, analyze financial information, and structure loan scenarios with guidance from an established Loan Officer.

This role offers exposure to a dynamic mortgage environment, provided leads, and opportunities for professional development. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential to serve our diverse client base.

Qualifications

Active Nevada Loan Originator license (NMLS) required.
Fluency in Spanish and English required to support a diverse client base.
2+ years of experience as a Loan Officer or Mortgage Loan Originator.
Advanced knowledge of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience with loan origination systems and digital documentation tools.

Responsibilities

Inbound leads provided.
Take complete loan applications and review client documentation.
Guide borrowers through the loan application process with clear, timely communication.
Analyze credit, income, and financial profiles to recommend loan products.
Originate residential mortgage loans (Conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM).
Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners.
Ensure documentation meets federal, state, investor requirements.
Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to support pipeline and closings.
Stay up to date on lending guidelines and market trends.
