Job summary

Leidos is seeking full-time Bilingual Mortgage Servicing Professionals at the FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN. The Mortgage Servicing Customer Service Representative will handle calls and emails about FHA guidelines, using a knowledge base to answer inquiries and documenting all interactions.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in mortgage servicing, 1+ year in a contact center, and are bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years mortgage servicing experience (e.g., loan servicing specialist).
• 1+ year contact center or telephone customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance (credit check & background).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via calls and emails about FHA guidelines and procedures.
• Locate answers in knowledge database to acknowledge client requests.
• Follow SOPs for topics, systems, and contact channels.
• Document all contacts in a database.
• Stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
