Job summary

Leidos is seeking full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives at our FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN to assist renters, homebuyers, and homeowners with housing requests and FHA mortgage program information. The role offers day-one benefits, on-site work, and extensive training to support success.

Use SOPs and a knowledge base to deliver accurate, friendly service while documenting interactions in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
• Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• High School diploma or GED. Familiar with SOPs and knowledge bases.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance including a background check.
• Experience navigating knowledge bases and delivering accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Reply to calls and emails from the public on housing and FHA mortgages.
• Follow SOPs and use knowledge base to answer requests.
• Deliver high-volume customer service and document interactions.
• Handle complaints professionally and route issues as needed.
