Job summary

Lennar USA is seeking a Field Loan Officer in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on building relationships with clients, homebuilding associates, and referral sources while guiding customers through mortgage options and the loan process.

Responsibilities include lead generation, in-person meetings, and ensuring adherence to Lennar Mortgage processes. Travel and on-site presence at communities and offices are common. A strong sales orientation and Spanish proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of loan originating experience.
• NMLS license or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients and homebuilding associates.
• Assess financial data and guide customers on mortgage products.
• Originate and prepare new loans in compliance with regulations.
• Lead outside sales activities and attend communities/events.
