2020 Mobile Corp is seeking an outgoing Retail Mobile Sales Associate in our Texas location. You will help customers choose plans, phones and accessories, with training provided on day one. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

The position offers on-site work with opportunities to meet sales goals and participate in local marketing events. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred in some locations.

Qualificações

• 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Basic experience using computers and mobile phones.

Responsabilidades

• Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach.
• Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that fit.
• Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones.
• Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions and upsell when appropriate.
• Answer store phone calls and customer questions.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
