Job summary

Mobily, a prominent AT&T authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant in Texas to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. You will engage customers in English and Spanish, demonstrate devices and plans, and process transactions while supporting store events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service and understand customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobily and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist store leaders with operations and duties.
• Meet sales goals and KPIs and participate in events when required.
