Job summary

2020 Mobile Corp, a Boost Mobile Platinum Retailer, is looking for a motivated Retail Mobile Sales Associate to join our team. We train you from day one, even if you lack wireless experience, and you’ll be the face of the store helping customers pick plans, phones and accessories.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork and a drive to meet sales goals. 18+, HS diploma or GED, and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred in some locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience optional.
• Basic experience using computers and mobile phones.

Responsibilities

• Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach
• Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense
• Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones
• Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits)
• Answer store phone calls and customer questions
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Participate in local marketing and special events
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business
• Use sales systems and follow company policies
• Collaborate with teammates and managers
• Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed
