Job summary

2020 Mobile Corp is a rapidly growing Boost Mobile Platinum Retailer seeking energetic Retail Mobile Sales Associates to join our in-store team. You will help customers choose plans, phones, and accessories while delivering friendly service and building lasting relationships.

No wireless experience? Training is provided from day one, and success depends on your communication, teamwork, and drive to meet sales goals. This is an onsite role with PT/FT schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach
• Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense
• Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones
• Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!)
• Answer store phone calls and customer questions
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Participate in local marketing and special events
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business
• Use sales systems and follow company policies
• Collaborate with teammates and managers
• Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed
