Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to engage customers and tailor technology and service solutions in a fast‑paced retail environment.

You will build customer relationships, complete training, and use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and benefits while delivering a seamless experience. Starting base pay is $18/hour with $5/hour training pay, plus an annual stock grant and employee stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service or sales experience in a Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
