Comcast, a leader in media and technology, seeks a Bilingual Spanish Retail Service Associate in our Miami Xfinity Mobile store. You will activate devices, educate customers on plans and accessories, and troubleshoot issues, while maintaining a welcoming, clean environment and supporting daily store operations.

You’ll guide customers through setup, BYOD, and wearable device pairing, with a focus on delivering a white-glove experience and upselling relevant accessories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Activate mobile devices and BYOD for customers.
• Guide tablet setup and connectivity options.
• Assist with activation and pairing of wearables.
• Educate customers on accessories and add-ons to drive sales.
• Troubleshoot device or account issues and perform basic diagnostics.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.
• Support on-demand deliveries and in-store order fulfillment.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and displays.
