Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union in Garfield, NJ seeks a Teller/Head Teller to serve members with professionalism and accuracy. The role combines routine teller duties with sales mindset to cross-sell PSFCU products.

Fluency in Polish and English is required, and candidates should have 1–2 years of experience, including at least 1 year as a teller. The position offers hourly pay and opportunities to grow within a welcoming financial institution.

Qualificações

1–2 years of work experience.
1 year of Teller experience.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer software programs.
Fluency in spoken and written Polish and English.

Responsabilidades

Represent the Credit Union to members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient service.
Develop understanding of PSFCU philosophy, bylaws and procedures.
Provide information on PSFCU products, services or policies in person or by telephone.
Respond to members’ requests, problems, and complaints and direct to proper department.
Handle member mail and incoming documentation and maintain relationships with vendors.
Attend PSFCU events and support branch activities.
Perform routine teller transactions and process loan applications (real estate excluded).
Cross-sell PSFCU products to meet branch goals.
