Job summary

Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union in Clifton, NJ is hiring a Teller to join our branch team. You will handle daily transactions, assist members with accounts, and promote PSFCU products and services.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and bilingual abilities in Polish and English; cross-selling and processing teller duties are core parts of the job. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience is required.
• 1 year of Teller experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer software.
• Ability to cross-sell products.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a courteous, professional manner and provide prompt, efficient service.
• Perform routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check processing.
• Open/close accounts and shares; process wire transfers and other member requests.
• Promote Credit Union products/services and assist members with loan applications (real estate excluded).
• Maintain knowledge of products and services; cross-sell to achieve branch goals.
