Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union is seeking a Customer Service Representative in New Jersey. You will handle member inquiries, process transactions, and cross-sell PSFCU products by phone and online banking support, ensuring high service levels.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1–3 years in a financial institution, and Polish language fluency. The role offers competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package with PTO and insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years financial institution experience.
• 1 year experience in a call center or as a customer service representative.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software.
• Ability to cross-sell products.
• Fluency in spoken and written Polish.
• Zero to one year of work experience preferred in a financial institution.

Responsabilités

• Represent the Credit Union to the members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide by telephone general and specific service information concerning products, services or policies.
• Respond to members' requests, problems and complaints, and direct to proper person for assistance.
• Cross-sell and promote PSFCU products and services.
• Assist members in balancing their accounts.
• Research account discrepancies.
• Provide member service in Online Banking setup.
• Process stop payments for share drafts and ACH revocations.
• Open new memberships and share draft accounts over the phone.
• Provide information regarding consumer, real estate, business loans and VISA cards.
