Job summary

Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller/Head Teller to deliver courteous member service and handle routine transactions. You will assist with accounts, loans, and card services while promoting PSFCU products and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong Polish and English language skills, and basic banking software knowledge. This is an on-site position with opportunities to participate in community events.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience required.
• 1 year of Teller experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software.
• Ability to cross-sell products to Members.
• Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient and accurate service to members.
• Assist with opening/closing accounts and making routine transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan applications per procedures.
• Support on-line and mobile banking access and setup for members.
• Cross-sell PSFCU products and services to achieve branch goals.
• Attend branch events and foster community relations.
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered.
