Job summary

Credit Human is seeking a Bilingual Member Service Representative for an on-site role in San Antonio, TX. You will handle member inquiries in English and Spanish, process transactions, and guide members to appropriate Credit Human solutions while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Requirements include 1-3 years in customer service or financial services, HS diploma, and Spanish proficiency assessed within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or financial service experience and/or contact center customer service experience
• Spanish language proficiency demonstrated through assessment within 90 days of training

Responsibilities

• Resolve member and non-member inquiries with professional, supportive contact center experience
• Process financial transactions, account inquiries, and account maintenance per controls
• Identify member needs and connect them with Credit Human products and services
• Communicate in English and Spanish to explain options and next steps
• Follow policies, procedures, BSA requirements, and regulations to protect members and organization
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures
• Meet service, referral, training, and team goals
