Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass fluency testing and maintain working knowledge of English and a second language.
• At least 1 year of interpreter experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of related experience or an Associate’s Degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an interpreter between staff and bilingual members to facilitate communication.
• Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users by resetting passwords or unlocking accounts and answering bill pay questions.
• Perform all duties with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism.
• Balance productivity with team-based service goals while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.
• Uphold the credit union’s service standards and put people first.
