Job summary

Qualifications

• Pass fluency testing and maintain working knowledge of English and a second language.
• Minimum 1 year interpreter experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related experience or an Associate’s Degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Interpret for bilingual members between staff and members.
• Assist online, mobile, and phone banking tasks (password resets, account unlocks, bill pay inquiries).
• Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all tasks.
• Balance productivity with teamwork and service goals.
• Support seven service standards focused on welcoming people first.
