CoVantage Credit Union is seeking a bilingual Member Support Specialist in Illinois to interpret between staff and bilingual members and assist with online, mobile, and phone banking. You will help guide customers to the right financial solutions and ensure a high level of service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass fluency testing and maintain working knowledge of English and a second language.
• Minimum 1 year experience as interpreter preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related experience or an Associate’s Degree.
• General knowledge of the credit union and its services preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs.

• Interpret between credit union staff and bilingual members.
• Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with tasks like password resets and account unlocks.
• Perform duties with high accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Balance individual productivity with team goals and service standards.
