CoVantage Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a bilingual interpreter to support members across in-person, phone, and online channels. You will interpret conversations, assist with accounts, reset passwords, and guide members through financial solutions, all while maintaining a welcoming, member-first service mindset.

You will work within a collaborative team environment, providing accurate, efficient service and helping members achieve financial well-being.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass credit union fluency testing and maintain working knowledge of English and a second language.
• Minimum 1 year experience as interpreter preferred.
• Minimum 1 year related experience or an Associate’s Degree.
• General knowledge of the credit union and its services preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs.

Mansioni

• Interpret between credit union staff and bilingual members.
• Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users by resetting passwords or unlocking accounts, addressing bill pay inquiries and resolutions, assisting with cross-account access, and verification of deposits.
• Perform all job functions with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency and professionalism.
• Balance individual productivity, job performance, and service goals while maintaining a positive, team-based experience for members and coworkers.
• Uphold the credit union’s seven service standards and put people first.
