Communication Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative in Topeka, KS. You will deliver courteous teller service, process deposits and withdrawals, and cross-sell products aligned with members' financial needs.

This role starts with front-line member contact and works toward branch goals. Ideal candidates bring cash-handling experience, bilingual Spanish fluency, and a commitment to exceptional member experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish fluency required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required.
• Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Front line contact to build relationships with Communications Federal Credit Union members.
• Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.
