Canvas Credit Union is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) Member Service Representative for our Lone Tree, CO campus. This hybrid role requires availability across three shift options, training in-office, and the ability to process complex financial transactions while delivering exceptional service.

You will learn about our members, educate them on helpful products, and provide solutions with courtesy. The position emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a passionate, customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent or bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or call centers preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Provide thoughtful, ethical product solutions and process transactions with care.
