Job summary

Latino Community Credit Union in Kentucky is seeking a Member Service Representative II to deliver quality, front-line service, open new memberships, and provide basic loan information. You will perform teller duties about half the time and help build fully engaged member relationships in line with our business strategy.

The role requires strong bilingual communication (English/Spanish), excellent cash handling, accuracy, and the ability to educate members on our deposit, loan, and digital

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; related experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic banking transactions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality frontline service and greet members.
• Open new memberships and accounts; process changes.
• Educate members on products and services; promote deposits and loans.
• Assist with ITIN applications and related processes.
• Perform Teller I duties approximately 50% of the time.
