Oportun is seeking qualified candidates with customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality experience to join as Full-Time Member Loyalty Representatives. You will welcome members, process transactions, and educate communities about our inclusive financial services to empower their financial future.

The right candidate is outgoing, sales-focused, bilingual, and comfortable with outreach at stores, partner locations, and community events.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing and enjoy speaking with people.
• Sales-focused with outreach experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following company policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently, including time alone in the store, while exceeding daily goals in lending and servicing activities.
• Inform and educate potential members about Oportun's services during outreach at stores, partner locations, and community events.
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a presentable store environment.
• Use a computer for administrative tasks and servicing members as needed.
• Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance.
