Oportun is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Member Loyalty Representative in Phoenix, AZ. You will welcome members, process transactions, and engage in outreach to educate communities about Oportun’s inclusive financial services. The role emphasizes in-store service, outreach at events, and consistent, reliable attendance in a full-time capacity.

Base pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour. The position requires outdoor outreach, weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds while

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Outgoing and sales-focused with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to help members through outreach and education activities.
• Weekend availability with a rotating schedule.
• Reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Willingness to work outdoors year-round for outreach and opportunities.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment (phones, scanners, iPads).
• Organize and file paper documents.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and deliver quality service at the point of contact.
• Process transactions in line with policies while protecting member information.
• Work independently or in teams to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Lead outreach activities at stores, partner sites, and community events (50%+ of time).
• Build relationships with local businesses and educate communities about Oportun services.
• Maintain clean, inviting store space and complete light housekeeping.
