Oportun in Irving, TX seeks a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative (R14185) to deliver exceptional member service, educate communities about inclusive financial services, and participate in outreach across stores and events. The role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and independent or team work with travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoys speaking with people.
• Loves helping members including prospective members through outreach and educational activities.
• Willing to work weekends with a rotating schedule and regular attendance.
• Able to travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commute.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Work solo or with a team to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach activities at stores, partner locations, and community events to educate on Oportun’s services.
• Build relationships with local businesses and communities to promote services.
• Light housekeeping and ensure a presentable store environment.
• Use a computer for administrative tasks and servicing members (approx. 3–6 hours daily).
• Stand while assisting members; sitting allowed during non-member-facing tasks.
• Travel between designated sites as part of standard duties.
