Oportun is seeking a dedicated bilingual Member Loyalty Representative in Chicago, IL to deliver exceptional customer service in English and Spanish across store-based and community outreach activities.

You will educate members about Oportun’s inclusive financial services, process transactions, and support lending and servicing goals while engaging with the community to build trust and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
