Job summary

Oportun in the United States seeks a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative. You will welcome members, process transactions, and provide exceptional service across in-store and outreach activities.

This part-time role offers opportunities to educate customers about affordable financial services, participate in community events, and support mission-driven goals while working a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing and sales-focused with strong communication skills.
• Enjoy helping members through outreach and educational activities.
• Able to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Must be reliable and punctual, with ability to travel between locations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following policies and protecting member information.
• Engage with customers in-store and through outreach activities to meet daily goals.
• Educate potential members about Oportun services at stores, partner locations and events.
• Support community outreach and events, including distributing flyers and guiding applications.
