Oportun is seeking a full-time Member Loyalty Representative to deliver friendly, personalized service in our stores and at community outreach events. You will welcome members, process transactions, and educate communities about our accessible financial services to help them build a better financial future.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingualism, weekend availability, and the ability to travel between locations within a reasonable commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Outgoing, sales-focused personality with customer service experience.
• Willing to work weekends and rotating hours.
• Able to travel to multiple store locations within reasonable commuting distance.
• Strong attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions accurately while protecting member information.
• Educate and inform potential members about Oportun’s services.
• Engage in outreach at stores, partner sites, and events.
• Assist with applications and support store operations.
• Light housekeeping and use of tablets/iPads for tasks.
• Travel between designated work locations as part of duties.
