Job summary

Oportun is seeking a Bilingual English and Spanish Member Loyalty Representative in Anaheim, CA to deliver exceptional member service and drive outreach efforts in our stores and communities. This full-time role emphasizes education of Oportun’s inclusive financial services and active engagement with potential members.

You will greet members, process transactions, and work both independently and as part of a team, supporting sales and servicing goals while traveling to outreach sites and partner

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Outgoing, sales-focused attitude.
• Willing to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular attendance and reliability.
• Able to work outdoors year-round.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills with iPads/scanners.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide quality service.
• Process transactions securely following policies.
• Educate and inform potential members about Oportun’s services.
• Engage with local communities through outreach and events.
• Travel between store locations within reasonable distance.
• Handle light housekeeping and store upkeep.
