AAA Mountain West Group is hiring a Member Experience Associate in Capitola, CA to deliver outstanding service and value to our Members across multiple branch locations. You will combine personal service with product knowledge to meet individual sales goals and provide seamless member experiences.

The role requires strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and active listening, with a pay plan of $24.60/hour plus commissions. Some travel between branches may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years in sales; at least 1 year in sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service, or call centers valued.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Members to provide services and upsell products.
• Meet individual sales goals through consultative selling.
• Learn and apply knowledge of AAA products across branches.
• Travel between branches as needed.
