Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Member Experience Associate to deliver outstanding service and value to our Members across multiple branch locations. You will drive sales while ensuring exceptional service and adherence to branch procedures.

You will rotate between branches, learn multiple product lines, and work toward individual sales targets. The role requires strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and active listening in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers are valued.
• Must demonstrate adaptability and strong communication.
• Bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs Member Services and product sales while following branch SOPs and compliance.
• Meet individual sales goals through consultative sales techniques.
• Promote AAA products and services to Members to achieve branch goals.
• Travel between locations and cover shifts, including Saturdays.
