Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from members and answer questions about accounts, transactions, and products.

• Promote and explain banking services (checking, savings, loans, cards, mortgages, online banking).
• Resolve account issues and research where needed; escalate when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism in a high-volume, on-site contact center environment.
