Verda Health Plan of Arizona is hiring a Member Experience Advocate (bilingual English/Spanish) in Chandler, AZ. This role supports senior members enrolled in Medicare Advantage and may involve in-person, phone, and email interactions to explain benefits and assist with enrollment, claims, and referrals.

You will work in a customer-service driven team within a mission-focused company, ensuring compassionate, accurate assistance and ongoing member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong communication skills in English/Spanish.
• Ability to problem-solve and demonstrate empathy, respect and patience.
• Experience with documenting interactions in clinical or member services systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Verda Health Plan members.
• Explain benefits and plan options in person, via email, or by phone.
• Follow up with members to clarify issues and resolve them.
• Escalate issues to management or other departments as needed.
• Meet or exceed department standards on quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Respond to member and provider inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
