Job summary

Rize Credit Union is seeking a Member Care Consultant to assist members via phone and multiple channels, providing friendly, accurate guidance on banking products and services. You will document interactions in the CRM system and resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

The role includes a hybrid work schedule after training, with availability Monday through Saturday. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are desired and encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years financial services and sales experience or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to members by actively listening and providing accurate information and solutions.
• Receives high volume inbound calls and responds to inquiries across channels.
• Documents interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Resolves member issues and escalates complex concerns as needed.
