Mira Mace, Inc. is seeking a bilingual remote care coordinator to support Medicare patients through telehealth visits. You'll prep patients, confirm eligibility, and ensure a smooth login and visit flow. This is a non-clinical role emphasizing accurate live interpretation when Spanish is spoken.

You will manage a calendar of patient visits, document conversations in the platform, and coordinate with care teams while maintaining patient privacy and data security.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to interpret live medical conversations.
• Full-time availability on Monday-Friday in a remote US-based role.
• Active LPN/LVN license or CHW certification, medical-interpreter qualification, or 2+ years of patient-facing experience.
• Located in the United States with knowledge of Medicare basics.
• Comfort with a tight calendar and handling protected health information.

Aufgaben

• Prepare patients for telehealth visits via pre-registration calls and data collection.
• Verify identity, location, consents, visit reason, medications, insurance, and provider details.
• Guide patients into the video room and arrange a phone visit if video fails.
• Interpret live between patient and provider when visits are in Spanish.
• Reschedule visits and fill slots from cancellations, documenting conversations promptly.
