Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answers in a fast paced environment, 200 - 300 calls per day.
• Schedule and change patient appointments using multiple software systems.
• Communicates with the scheduling team as needed to ensure calls are answered in a timely manner.
• Takes messages for Staff.
• Assess patient needs to prioritize and schedule accordingly, communicating with physician and/or their teams as needed.
• Communicate with physician teams as needed to further support scheduling needs.
• Perform administrative support as needed.
