Qualifications

• Bilingual required.
• Skill with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick and accurate keyboarding and data entry.
• Simultaneously use multiple computer systems to communicate and input information.
• Efficient use of browsers, scanners and related equipment.
• Warm, welcoming demeanor for patients and staff.
• On-time, alert and reliable attitude.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with at least 3 years of clean history.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in and check out patients and collect co-pays.
• Capture insurance and other key information and scan documents as needed.
• Maintain frequent communication with clinical staff and billing teams using chat, phone and email.
