Job summary

Midwest Orthopedic and Musculoskeletal Alliance (MOMA) in Wauwatosa, WI is seeking a Medical Scheduler to join the call center team. You will handle patient calls, collect clinical information, and coordinate follow-up or appointments with the care team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer call-center lines with professionalism and courtesy.
• Complete pre-registration and insurance verification and discuss financial responsibility.
• Collect complete clinical, demographic, and financial information during scheduling.
• Enter and verify forms and insurance data in the EMR.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
