LA Pain, a Beverly Hills medical practice, seeks a front desk professional who is fluent in Spanish to serve a diverse patient base and deliver a high-quality patient experience. This full-time, on-site role requires strong people skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.

You will greet patients, manage calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinical staff while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and a welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• Native or native-equivalent Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience in healthcare front desk or hospitality is valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage busy phone lines with efficiency and courtesy.
• Schedule consultations and procedures and confirm appointments.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Use the medical records system to check in/out and document interactions.
• Maintain a tidy, HIPAA-compliant reception area at all times.
• Receive mail, subpoenas, and deliveries and route promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
