Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1 year front‑desk or medical receptionist experience in a U.S. healthcare practice.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound patient calls and scheduling.
• Experience verifying patient insurance eligibility.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one EMR/practice management system.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Private, quiet home office with reliable computer and internet.

• Answer inbound patient calls in English and Spanish about appointments and policies.
• Make outbound calls for confirmations, reminders, and follow‑ups.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments and keep calendars accurate.
• Coordinate new patient consultations for cosmetic and ENT services.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and update coverage in the system.
• Enter patient demographics and appointment details in the EMR system.
• Take messages and route clinical questions to the provider.
• Manage voicemails and emails using Google Workspace.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
