Job summary

The Staff Pad partners with a leading healthcare organization in Lawrence, MA to provide a full-time Bilingual Medical Receptionist for a Primary Care and Community Geriatrics practice. You will welcome patients, answer calls, manage appointments, maintain electronic records in Athena EMR, and support daily operations with a patient-centered approach.

Fluency in Spanish is required, and previous healthcare receptionist experience is preferred; you will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is required.
• Experience in healthcare/medical office settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and direct to appropriate team members.

• Enter and update patient information in Athena EMR.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and recalls.
• Provide intake services for new and established patients.
• Support administrative tasks and prepare reports.
