As the first point of contact, you will greet patients in Spanish, manage appointments in Athena EMR, answer calls, coordinate with the care team, and handle intake and front-desk clerical duties in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is required.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff and direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Answer incoming calls and route inquiries as needed.
