Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join our Webster, TX clinic. This full-time role handles front-desk duties, patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and EMR updates, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual, possess strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), and deliver excellent patient service while maintaining HIPAA compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and greet patients.
• Answer phones and route inquiries.
• Maintain patient accounts and EMR records.
• Process patient demographics and insurance information.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals and schedule changes.
• Coordinate office mail and reception area housekeeping.
